The Komatipoort area has two major rivers, the Crocodile and Komati Rivers, meandering through, with a large variety of aquatic wildlife.  These rivers offer fantastic sporting opportunities in the form of Tiger fishing.  The area also offers activities such as hot air ballooning, micro-light flying, elephant back safaris and horse riding. 
 
Not far from the Komatipoort area is the world famous Blyde River Canyon, with attractions such as God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes and Three Rondawels.
